By accessing or using Enerio at www.enerio.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Enerio is a web-based product that helps users track activities that charge or drain their energy, organise reflections, and receive AI-assisted summaries, goals, and insights. Enerio is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for professional healthcare advice.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Enerio. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use Enerio for unlawful purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• upload malicious code, automate abuse, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission
• use the service to store or process data you are not authorised to provide

Enerio includes AI-assisted features such as categorisation, summaries, goals, and pattern identification. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You remain responsible for decisions made using the product.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit to Enerio, including journal-style entries, reflections, tags, and feedback. By using the service, you grant Enerio the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyse, and display that content in order to operate the product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that Enerio will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Unless otherwise stated, Enerio may be offered free of charge during an early stage of availability. Future paid plans, features, or subscriptions may be introduced separately.

Enerio and its software, branding, design, and site content are owned by or licensed to Enerio, except for user-provided content and third-party materials.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for the platform or its users, or where required by law.

Enerio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enerio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of Enerio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
